1. Recent Estimate Requirement: We require a scanned hard copy of the competitor’s estimate to be dated from within the last 30 days of your wildlife inspection to verify the price and services.
2. Exclusion of Missed Entry Points: Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover any missed entry points in the competitor’s service offering.
3. Reputable Competitor Requirement: The company must have an average rating of 4 stars or more. The company must be state-licensed, and the license must be active. Additionally, the company must be insured and covered under worker’s compensation. We reserve the right to determine the reputability of the competitor based on industry standards, customer reviews, and the legitimacy of their business accreditations.
4. Same Services Comparison: The services in the competitor’s estimate must match our scope, quality, and deliverables. We will price match only when the services offered are identical in nature and extent. IE: A company offers to spray foam in a hole in a soffit chewed by a squirrel; however, squirrels can quickly chew through the foam, so this would not be a permanent fix and is not top industry standards.
